A private machine shop owner since 1995, Dan Labonville founded Crucial Component Machining in 2007. Since opening, Crucial Component has manufactured high-end parts for military, aerospace, medical and precision optical applications. With a demonstrated aptitude for reliably producing high-quality parts that meet the customers’ specifications in the desired timeframe, Crucial Component has doubled in size. This growth has allowed an expansion of machine capability and the addition of knowledgeable, detail-oriented staff; yet we remain a small shop, 50% female owned, where quality is the single most important detail.
